The Review gives you the picture. The Scope gives you the plan. We take the findings and turn them into a Scope of Works: what to fix, in what order, by whom, at roughly what cost, and what the risks are if you sequence it wrong. It is the document you take to your team, your accountant, or a competing supplier.
Concrete deliverables. Nothing hand-wavy.
- A Scope of Works document covering every prioritised fix.
- Implementation roadmap with phasing, dependencies, and rough timelines.
- Cost estimate per fix, including where you can do it yourselves and where you cannot.
- Risk and sequencing notes: what breaks if you do things in the wrong order.
- A clear recommended next step. You are free to take it elsewhere.

Can we take the Scope to another supplier?
Yes. It is your document. We will name the work in a way another competent supplier can pick up. If they cannot, that tells you something useful.
How accurate are the cost estimates?
Accurate enough to make a decision with, not accurate enough to sign a contract on. Each line item carries a confidence note.
Do you charge extra to revise the Scope later?
One round of revisions is included. After that we charge a small fixed fee, never an hourly rate.
Is the Scope a fixed-price quote from NHA?
No. It is a scope of works, vendor-agnostic. Where you ask us to deliver any of it, we quote separately as the Alignment or System engagements.
