We redesign workflows, align the team, and run the change through the messy middle where most transformations fail.

Where most transformations actually fail.
The Alignment is the bit nobody talks about. A new workflow on paper is one thing. Getting the team to actually use it, while the business is still running, is another. We sit inside the operation, redesign the workflows in detail, train and align the team, and stay until the new way of working has stuck. This is the messy middle, and it is where most consultancy engagements quietly fall apart.
Concrete deliverables. Nothing hand-wavy.
- Redesigned workflows for each prioritised area of the operation.
- Written procedures the team will actually follow, in their language.
- Hands-on team alignment: training, walk-throughs, side-by-side working.
- Change management through the friction period, not just at kick-off.
- Weekly check-ins with the founder so nothing drifts.
Founders who have a Scope they believe in and are willing to commit themselves and their senior team to the work of actually changing.
Founders looking to outsource the change so they do not have to be involved. It does not work.
The questions you're actually asking.
How long does an Alignment usually take?
Six to sixteen weeks, depending on the size of the operation and how many workstreams are running in parallel. Most engagements settle around ten.
Will you replace any of our staff?
No. We do not do interim management. If the answer is 'replace this person', we will say so in the Review and step aside.
What does 'weekly check-in' actually mean?
A 45-minute call with you, an honest written status, and a one-page traffic-light report. No 60-slide steering packs.
What if my team resists the new workflow?
Expected. Most of the work is in the resistance. We are inside the operation precisely because that is where it gets resolved, not in a kick-off slide.
How do you charge for this?
Fixed monthly fee scoped to the engagement. No day rates, no surprise overruns.
